Inspection Process of Knitted Rib Mouth Semi-finished Products

1. The inspector is required to inspect the defects specified in the process one by one, such as needle collection, needle placement, number of revolutions, different length of clothes, rib length, density uniformity, needle leakage, hanging edge, monofilament, color difference, washboard yarn, dirty work, etc. (Repair defects that can be treated)
2. The density inspection, size and pattern conformity shall be carried out in time after the formed garment pieces are off the machine.
3. To record the weight of the single piece. (If there are more than 2 kinds of color matching, detailed records of each color shall be made)
4. Before the inspection, the garment sheet shall be pulled in different directions during weaving, which shall be retracted by the measuring ruler worker.
